The last 10 days du hav put in alott of upgrades from kanotix.
Is there a 64 beta on the line?

Is there a reason beyond my view why it can't exist a 64-2006-01-RC4/5? dist-upgrade a 64-2005-04-lite is virtually imposible, why not realse a RC? or is the 64bit tree not so stable at the moment or does it take more work?

| so what should I install now on a 64 bit processor? 2006-1-RC4 or wait for a 64 bit version? Could I update the 32 bit version when the 64-bit one is ready? |

I think h2's script will update 64-2005-04-lite
Install the 64-bit in one partition and the more current 32-bit in another
I would do this even if both were current
We all want to try a 64-bit install.
Software sometimes works more easily in 32-bit -- this way you can just reboot into your 32-bit install if necessary or easier
