these message apeear
coult not find mime type
application / octet-stream
somebody can help me what should i do |

| In Control Center > KDE Components > File Associations, "expand" (click the +) Application , if no entry for octet-stream, Click on Add... , for Group select application and for Type Name fill in octet-stream . |

Yes, spirits,
a bit more infos would be nice:
- changes where/what?
- what do you do before the message pops up?
- which application do you (want to) use?
- what filetype do you want to handle?
The main message is: something (an application?) does not know what to do with another something (file?).

i just change at Control Center > KDE Components > File Associations

i will try it
but i have a prob here
at mYoffice i use suse10
but at mYhome i use kanotix and did not have internet connection
how can i download update for my kanotix at home |
