Titel: Where is the "drawers" in desktop menu bar

I noticed that the desktop menu bar for the drawers applet is missingin the list of available applets!?
I thought that that was usually part of KDE?
Is there a way to add it to the list of Applets or some kind of script to 'fake' one?
