I just downloaded KANOTIX-2007-THORHAMMER-RC6.iso and burned it successfully on CD.
Kanotix automatically detected all my pc hardware except my simple optical mouse with PS/2 port.
So I thought that something is wrong with my mouse but later found out that my mouse works fine on windows and there seems no problem with it.
Can anybody please tell me why Kanotix is not detecting my optical mouse with PS/2 Port

usually PS2 works fine. |

| The first 10 lines of the config file. Maybe try an USB mouse. |

Yeah I know !!! But I do suggest that kanotix live cd should fix this ( not detecting PS/2 mouse ) bug immediately.

| That never happend for me, also I just "reuse" Ubuntu kernels with differnet config. Luckyly they applied all needed patches which I used before. |
