After doing the update or rather apt-get dist-upgrade, my Icedove now looks like this and freezes. I have used adept and Kpackage to remove Icedove and re-install, but the problem remains.
I can't seem to get the screen snapshot inserted....however, the Junk button is not visable, a whole series of Tags are present and numerous other buttons are not visable as well.
Any suggestions??

are you still running "sid"?
if you did not change your /etc/apt/sources.list according to Kanos suggestions, you are.....
if so, look into the sidux forum - they do have the same or similar problem |

I am running sid on another machine (laptop P-II) and runnings very well. However, I use this machine for all my email. I will check the sid forum and see what is happening.
