Titel: IPW2200 no longer detected after upgrade to 2.6.17

My 2.6.14 install is working with wireless, but when I booted after installing 2.6.17 kernel, when I do a netcardconfig, it is not detected. I tried modprobe ipw2200 with no change. ifconfig does not list wireless0.
I'm pretty new to configuring a linux system. |

| Look inside the folder that you extracted the kernel.zip files to (e.g., kernel-current/). There should be a *.deb file with the driver. You can install the driver with "dpkg -i [filename]". |
