O am trying to install Vmplayer in Kanotix Easter RC4 and I keep getting the following error:
What is the location of the directory of C header files that match your running
kernel? [/usr/src/linux/include]
Anyone know the correct directory?
I have tried using /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.16.16-kanotix-1/include/linux
But then I get The path "/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.16.16-kanotix-1/include/linux" is an
existing directory, but it does not contain a "linux" subdirectory as expected.
If I try /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.16.16-kanotix-1/include/
I get:
The kernel defined by this directory of header files does not have the same address space size as your running kernel.
What am I doing wrong? |
